  • 1/2 whole Banana
  • 1/2 whole Avocado
  • 1 Cooked Beetroot
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • I love adding in additional seeds, such as: chia seeds, flax seeds and hemp seeds.
  • To get the peanut butter off the spoon, I always use lettuce and add it to the smoothie.
