Made with a blend of wholesome ingredients, this sauce is designed to enhance the flavors of your stir-fried dishes while keeping them nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Miso Paste
  • 2.5 tbsp Liquid Aminos
  • 1.5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Start by finely grating a tablespoon of fresh ginger.
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated ginger with miso paste, liquid aminos, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and the juice of one lime.
  3. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Once your sauce is ready, simply pour it over your stir fry vegetables and protein of choice. Stir fry until everything is cooked to perfection and coated in the delicious sauce.

Notes

  • I like to use a [eafl id="7202" name="Magic Bullet Blender, Small, Silver, 11 Piece Set" text="small blender"] when mixing my ingredients instead of whisking by hand.
  • Frozen ginger cubes work fine for this recipe. Just unthaw them first.
  • Liquid aminos can be substituted for tamari sauce or soy sauce. Make sure you adjust the serving size accordingly.
