I am not a chef, nor am I a medical professional. Just a patient and a mediocre cook on a mission to change the world one healthy recipe at a time.

Over the past three years, I have faced numerous chronic illnesses. In 2020, I contracted Covid-19, which unfortunately developed into long-covid. Alongside that, I’ve also dealt with SIBO, POTS, and a host of other ailments. From positive autoimmune labs to reactivated EBV, I’ve endured a lot.

However, throughout the challenges, my love for cooking has remained constant. Cooking healthy meals and utilizing other proven methods have become a source of healing for me over the last three years. Through my own experiences and struggles, I’ve come to understand the importance of nourishing our bodies with whole foods and supporting our health with natural modes of healing.

So, here at the Mediocre Cook, I want to share my knowledge with you. Together, we can create nutritious meals and explore lifestyle modifications that help support well-being.

Whether you’re a looking for healthy dinner options or support for a healthy lifestyle, this blog is for you! I’ll provide step-by-step instructions, helpful tips, and plenty of mouthwatering recipes to inspire you on your wellness journey.

So, let’s get started and embark on this delicious adventure together. Welcome to the Mediocre Cook!
