Description

Quench your thirst with this refreshing Mint Lemonade Recipe with Cucumber. This sugar free lemonade is the perfect blend of tangy lemons, cooling mint, and crisp cucumber, creating a truly invigorating drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice (not from concentrate)
  • 1 large Cucumber (cut into 4 sections)
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 1 tsp Stevia *
  • Optional: 1 tsp Ginger

Instructions

  1. Add water, lemon juice, cucumber, mint and stevia to a blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together on high for about 3 – 5 minutes.
  3. Optional: Let the mint lemonade chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Strain the lemonade if desired to remove any pulp or seeds with a mesh strainer.
  5. Poor into a glass filled with ice cubes, serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute stevia for maple syrup, honey, dates or raisins or any other natural sweetener that works for your body.
