Quench your thirst with this refreshing Mint Lemonade Recipe with Cucumber. This sugar free lemonade is the perfect blend of tangy lemons, cooling mint, and crisp cucumber, creating a truly invigorating drink.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice (not from concentrate)
- 1 large Cucumber (cut into 4 sections)
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp Stevia *
- Optional: 1 tsp Ginger
Instructions
- Add water, lemon juice, cucumber, mint and stevia to a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together on high for about 3 – 5 minutes.
- Optional: Let the mint lemonade chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Strain the lemonade if desired to remove any pulp or seeds with a mesh strainer.
- Poor into a glass filled with ice cubes, serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute stevia for maple syrup, honey, dates or raisins or any other natural sweetener that works for your body.
