Adapted From: The Nessy Kitchen’s Oat Tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle to 350°.
- Add 1 3/4 cups of water, 1 cup of gluten free rolled oats and a pinch of salt to a blender.
- Blend on high for 3 minutes or until all the chunks are gone.
- Pour your blended oats over the preheated griddle, in the shape of a rectangle
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes is up, use a spatula to cut the pieces into 4 even strips.
- Flip the strips over with the spatula. (Sometimes you can flip the whole rectangle without having to cut it but I like to cut it first.)
- After flipping them over, cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the griddle and place on a baking rack to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
