Ingredients

- 2 cups Water (Divided)
- 1/3 cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of water to a blender.
- Add oats to the blender and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Blend on high for about 5 minutes.
- Strain into glass using a mesh strainer or mesh straining bag.
- Rinse Blender. Strain again back into blender.
- Add 1 cup of water to blended oats and blend on low for 1 minute.
- Serve and enjoy!

To keep this gluten-free and organic, I use Bob’s Red Mill Organic Old Fashion Rolled Oats.
