- 4 lb Pork Loin Roast
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the orange juice, liquid aminos, olive oil, lime juice, maple syrup, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin inside your crockpot.
- Add your pork loin roast to your crockpot and spoon the mixture over the pork loin roast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Set your crockpot to medium heat and let the pork cook slowly for 6-8 hours.
- At the last hour, if you’re able, open up your crockpot and flip your pork over, this will ensure that both sides are juicy and tender.
- Once the cooking time is up, remove the pork from the crockpot and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Using two forks, shred the meat into strands.
- Serve over tortillas or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
