Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lb Pork Loin Roast
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the orange juice, liquid aminos, olive oil, lime juice, maple syrup, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin inside your crockpot.
  2. Add your pork loin roast to your crockpot and spoon the mixture over the pork loin roast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  3. Set your crockpot to medium heat and let the pork cook slowly for 6-8 hours.
  4. At the last hour, if you’re able, open up your crockpot and flip your pork over, this will ensure that both sides are juicy and tender.
  5. Once the cooking time is up, remove the pork from the crockpot and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Using two forks, shred the meat into strands.
  7. Serve over tortillas or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
